Day 1

Well, day 1 has been quite interesting. It is going to be much more difficult then I expected. I have been quite hungry today and totally experiencing headaches but the first three days are the worst I am told. Other then that I don't feel bad. The juice is not terrible but it is going to take some getting use to. The smells of all the food I walk by is intoxicating and totally want it, but I know this is better for me. It is going to be a long 30 days. This is going to be a test of wills and I know I can do it. I just have to remind myself that the benefits will out weigh the bumps along the way. From what I have read the headaches are a good sign that your body is cleansing all the toxins out of your body. Tomorrow I have to work which is going to be quite the challenge.

Gotta keep the strength!!!

New Year New Me

So it is 2012 and this is totally going to be my year. Starting tomorrow I am starting a 30 day juice fast for my weight loss and health. Wish me luck and expect many updates!!!!

The Bitch is BACK

So I had my first weigh in after coming back to Weight Watchers and learning the new program. This new program is a lot easier to use. All I did was focus on the plan and my points and of course tracking. I am telling you this that if you join weight watchers and just do the plan you will be successful! I lost 4.6 lbs in my first week! This is not as easy as it seems but it can be done!!! I urge anyone to join that wants to change their life. Do it for yourself. You deserve it!!!! This time I am out to finish what I started. 175 here I come. BTW current weight is 265.4 lbs.

It's Back On

So my fat ass has gained like 31lbs and it has to stop. It is time to finish what I started over a year ago. I went back to weight watchers on Wednesday and sadly Maggie is not doing the meeting anymore but I think the new chick might be cool. They totally changed the program around and I think I am going to like it. More points and more options. I just got to figure it out. So yes bitches my fat ass won't be fat for long. BTW I totally ripped the ass out of my pants today at work. Glamorous I know!! It stops today!! Keep following and watch this fatty fatkins turn into one faboulously fine looking fellow!!!
